Student Visa

The Barcelona Academy of Art will assist you with the entire visa application process, which can sometimes be complex. We have years of experience helping our non-EU students obtain their long-term student visas. We will be at your disposal every step of the way.

EU STUDENTS

If you are a citizen of a European Union member state, you have the right to free movement and residence in Spain.

However, all EU citizens residing in Spain for a period exceeding 3 months are required to apply for registration in the Central Register of Foreigners. This registration will result in the issuance of a registration certificate and will include a foreign identification number (NIE).

To process it, you must go to the Police Station located at Rambla Guipúscoa, 74 in Barcelona, requesting an appointment through this website.

NON-EU STUDENTS

Non-EU students can only stay in Spain for 90 days without a visa, so if your studies at BAA last longer, it is necessary to obtain a visa to stay in the country for the duration of your studies.

You can apply for your student visa from your home country.
