Portrait Sculpture course, based on the figurative tradition of the great masters.

This course will focus on the process of constructing three-dimensional portraits using clay. Through various methods of observation, we will carefully attend to proportions, gestures, internal structure, allowing us to closely approximate the likeness and expression of the model, capturing the essence of the portrayed individual.

Clay is included; however, tools and other necessary materials are the responsibility of the student. A detailed list of materials will be provided along with the confirmation email.
